Marion Park

Marion Park receives the highest usage of all parks in the Village system. Marion Park is located near the center of the Village.  The park is 4.5 acres in size.   

W.H. Jacobs and his wife donated Marion Park to the Village in June 18, 1894.  The Park was named after Mr. and Mrs. Jacob's daughter, Marion.   

The Park is located on Grand Avenue, 1st Street, and Lincoln Avenue.  Shelters can be rented from the Village for $25.00 per structure per day by contacting the Village at (608) 643-2421.  Both Shelters have 20 picnic tables and electricity.  The easet shelter has restrooms.  These restroom as used by both shelters.  The park also has a Gazebo for your use.  You can obtain a key by checking it out of the Village Hall.

Grand Avenue School, located next to the park has 2 basketball courts, playground equipment, softball and soccer fields, and an outdoor swimming pool. 

Annually the Sauk Prairie Chamber of Commerce sponsors the annual Cow Chip Throw and Arts and Craft Show at Marion Park.
